Delivery zones

Shipping policy

At Delicouki, the delivery of snack boxes is free. When placing the order, you will be given an estimated delivery date. Once the transaction is completed, you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number allowing you to track your package.

Order treatment

Les commandes seront traitées uniquement pendant les jours ouvrables, du lundi au vendredi, à l’exception des jours fériés. Les commandes passées avant 13 h HE seront traitées le jour même et les commandes passées après 13 h HE seront traitées le lendemain. 

Same day delivery

At the moment same day delivery is not offered.

Shipping date

Delicouki guarantees the delivery of your package within 3 to 7 days. If the package arrives after this period, we will refund you. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, mail strikes or credit checks.

Item damaged in transit

Délicouki ensures that your purchases are appropriately packaged to avoid any breakage or alterations. If you receive your package in an unsuitable condition, please contact our customer service department by email at info@delicouki.com. We will ask you for a photo proof of the damaged package

Lost package

If your package is lost, please get in touch with our customer service at info@delicouki.com to make the necessary checks with the carrier. We will try to locate this package and if necessary if we are unsuccessful in locating your shipment we will reship your order at no additional cost.

Refusal of delivery or wrong address

If you refuse your package upon delivery, your order will be returned to our warehouse.
