At Delicouki since 2011, Godefroy takes an innovation-driven and long-term growth approach. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science from the University of Guelph, he is involved in all aspects of the company, from production to strategic management, with a strong focus on process optimization and new product development. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the water, surrounded by family and friends.

With 25 years of experience at Delicouki, Isabelle is a strategic leader specializing in nutrition, management, and quality control. She holds a DEC in Dietetics from Collège de Maisonneuve and a certificate in Food Safety from Université Laval, playing a key role in product research and development. Passionate about food and project management, she excels in planning and collaborating with her team. Outside of work, she enjoys team sports, cooking, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Business Development Supervisor

With 25 years’ experience in the foodservice industry, including 15 in management, François is a food and customer service professional. With a certificate in food hygiene and safety from MAPAQ, he excels in sales, marketing and the use of new technologies to optimize communications. Passionate about people and teamwork, he puts his listening and leadership skills to work for Delicouki. Outside work, his passions include cooking, sports, travelling and spending time with his family.

Sandra Rodriguez Machorro

Accountant

With a certificate in accounting professions access and undergraduate studies in accounting, Sandra is also a payroll compliance specialist. Detail-oriented and highly organized, she excels at managing multiple files with precision. Passionate about numbers and financial analysis, she leverages her expertise at Delicouki to provide essential data for decision-making. Outside of work, she enjoys crafting with her children, playing board games, and engaging in swimming and scuba diving.

Holder of a Master’s degree in Quality, Environment, and Food Safety from the Université Pierre et Marie Curie in Paris, as well as a Professional Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Safety, Research, and Food Analysis, Amélie combines precision and organizational skills in her role at Delicouki. She enjoys working on multiple projects simultaneously, learning new skills, and stepping out of her comfort zone. Her commitment extends beyond work: passionate about cooking and traveling, she has also been involved in volunteer work, supporting elderly individuals and contributing to organic farms.

With over seven years of experience at Delicouki, Fadi is a quality assurance professional dedicated to ensuring that products meet the highest standards. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy and advanced studies in Microbiology, along with certification in food processing. Detail-oriented and passionate about continuous improvement, he works closely with the R&D and production teams to optimize processes. Outside of work, he enjoys swimming and reading with a good cup of coffee.

Josée is a dynamic and strategic leader with a Master’s degree in Marketing Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. With over three years of experience at Delicouki, she excels in sales development, client relationship management, and the implementation of tailored commercial strategies in the food industry. Passionate about innovation, she supports clients in diversifying their offerings and creating new products. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and volleyball, activities that reflect her team spirit and perseverance.
